An extraordinary Gulf-European ministerial meeting will be held tomorrow to discuss the repercussions of the aggressive Iranian attacks on the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the serious developments in the region. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jasim bin Mohammed Al-Badiou, stated that tomorrow, Thursday, the extraordinary Gulf-European ministerial meeting will be held with the participation of the foreign ministers of the GCC countries and the foreign ministers of the European Union member states. The meeting will also be attended by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas, via video conference. Al-Badiou indicated that this joint meeting comes to discuss and consider the repercussions of the aggressive Iranian attacks on the GCC countries, the serious developments in the region, and their negative implications that have affected the world as a whole. He affirmed that the GCC seeks, through these joint meetings with regional and international partners, to condemn the treacherous Iranian attacks that targeted civilians, infrastructure facilities, and diplomatic missions in the Council's countries, and to urge the international community to carry out its duties and obligations to stop the war immediately, which will enhance regional and international stability and security.
