The company "Ilm" announced the conclusion of a deal aimed at acquiring all shares of the fund "Thaqa" in an available deal. This deal was carried out at the expense of the company's own financial resources and financial arrangements.

"Ilm" specializes in information security, consulting, lending information exchange, and managing and exploiting data processing centers.

Within the framework of the stated agreement, the company acquired "Thaqa" - a company providing business services, established by the Sovereign Fund of Saudi Arabia's state investments, for 3.4 billion riyals (906.28 million dollars). The parties began discussing the deal in 2023.
