In recent hours, Al-Hilal officially confirmed the arrival of the Frenchman, who even left a message for the fans: 'I'm happy to see you here, I'll see you soon'. During his time at Al-Ittihad in mid-2023, Benzema played 83 matches, scoring 54 goals and providing 17 assists. It is worth mentioning that the Frenchman currently has an annual salary close to 100 million euros. This is why the Saudi Public Investment Fund, which manages Al-Ahli, Al-Ittihad, Al-Hilal, and Al-Nassr, quickly took the matter into its own hands and moved to bring the 2022 Ballon d'Or winner to Al-Hilal, which currently leads the Saudi Professional League with 47 points out of 57 possible.
