The football club "Al-Hilal" has completed a contract with Brazilian star Neymar da Silva "by mutual agreement" after an 18-month period during which he suffered from a serious left knee injury, as stated by the champion of the Saudi Pro League on Tuesday.
"The committee of 'Al-Hilal' and Neymar da Silva agreed to terminate the contract by mutual consent," - states the official statement of the club.
Neymar himself expressed gratitude to the club and fans for their support during difficult times, saying: "I am convinced that my family will always be in Saudi Arabia".
Neymar joined "Al-Hilal" in July 2020, and while he was on the field, he proved himself as one of the key players of the team.
