
The month of Ramadan stimulates sales in retail, increasing them to a record 40%. According to the representative of the trading centers and retailers, this period is one of the most profitable of the year.
"We note a significant increase in sales during Ramadan. Consumers are actively purchasing gifts, clothing, and food products before the holiday," noted one of the employees of the trading center.
This time is also characterized by an increase in spending at restaurants and cafes, since people traditionally gather together after sunset for lunch or dinner. Promotions and special offers also contribute to increased foot traffic in stores and, consequently, increased sales volumes.
"Ramadan brings us not only spiritual renewal but also economic one. We expect that this month will bring a new sales record," emphasized one of the managers of the retail chain.
