Al Hilal Offers £558,000 Weekly for Nunez

According to information published by the British newspaper 'This Is Anfield', the Saudi club 'Al-Hilal' was ready to offer a weekly salary of £558,000 to acquire the star 'Liverpool' Darwin Núñez. The newspaper noted the genuine interest of Saudi clubs in Núñez, claiming that one of the clubs was ready to offer a significant sum.

According to journalist Mike McGrath from 'Telegraph', 'Al-Hilal' was ready to present an offer this month, paying approximately £29 million a year, which corresponds to £558,000 weekly, for the services of the Uruguayan player, which represents a significant increase compared to his current salary of £120,000 weekly.

Despite the fact that Núñez does not plan to leave 'Liverpool' in the winter transfer window, rumors emerged about his possible transfer to 'AC Milan'. According to this newspaper, there is no desire from the 'Reds' to sell the player, nor does Núñez himself want to leave the team in the middle of the season, indicating that his agents could explore options.

Núñez remains the most expensive player in the history of 'Liverpool', despite the fact that most of the transfer sum of £85 million, paid to 'Benfica' since 2022, is not reflected in his role in the team.

The source also noted that the interest of Saudi clubs in Núñez could be renewed in the summer or even until the end of the winter transfer window on February 3, stressing that larger financial opportunities in the Middle East continue to remain leading in attracting stars from Europe.
