The Saudi General Directorate of Civil Defence reported that on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, its teams responded to falling debris after the interception of a ballistic missile on a residential site in Riyadh. The incident resulted in injuries to four Asian residents and limited material damage. According to a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the directorate emphasized that attempts to target civilian objects constitute a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law. It also added that standard protocols for such incidents were immediately implemented.
