The Administration of the Organization for the Welfare of Foreign Workers visited Leslie Gay Diaz, a local resident who was involved with a strong assault in Er-Riyad, Saudi Arabia. OFWA Administrator Arnel Ignasio responded to Diaz's status after the incident. For the purpose of providing assistance in covering her medical expenses, financial aid in the amount of 100,000 Philippine pesos was allocated. Ignasio also assured Diaz that the support from OFWA would not end here.
Diaz and her family hope that justice will ultimately prevail. They are grateful for the assistance and support provided. The agency promised to continue closely monitoring the situation to ensure that Diaz and her family receive the prolonged justice they deserve.
