The memorandum was signed on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global exhibition in Riyadh. It was signed by Dr. Maawia Al-Rdaideh, CEO of 'C Holding Group', and Abdulaziz Al-Nuaimah, CEO of 'Emaar Economic City'. The memorandum reflects the growing interest in Dubai's sustainable city model for application in King Abdullah Economic City, which will contribute to developing sustainable communities that enhance quality of life, attract investment, and diversify opportunities. According to 'Al-Khaleej' newspaper, 'C Holding Group' signed a memorandum of understanding with 'Emaar Economic City', the master developer of 'King Abdullah Economic City' (KAEC), to explore opportunities for developing sustainable, mixed-use communities.
