The Gulf Cup «Gulf 27» will be held in the Saudi city of Jeddah from September 23 to October 6, 2026, as announced by the Gulf Football Association on its official website. The association stated: «The Bride of the Red Sea will host Gulf 27». It was also added that matches will be held at the Enma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium. Saudi Arabia has previously hosted tournaments in 1972, 1988, 2002, and 2014, winning the title in 1994, 2002, and 2004. The last edition took place in Kuwait in December 2024, with Bahrain defeating Oman 2-1.
