Portuguese coach Sergio Conceicao admitted that his team, Al-Ittifaq of Jeddah, faced difficulties against their Uzbek visitor Nasaf despite winning 1-0 at the Enmaa Stadium in Jeddah in the final round of the sixth group stage matchday of the AFC Champions League. Thus, Al-Ittifaq secured the victory with a hard-fought performance in a challenging encounter.
"Nasaf was a tough opponent, but we managed to show character and score a crucial goal. We are happy with the win, but we know that even tougher challenges await us," commented Conceicao.
