Agility Global announced that its subsidiary, Agility Logistics Parks, has signed a joint venture agreement with Saudi Roshen Group to develop a high-quality logistics complex in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The total estimated value of the project is approximately 2.5 billion riyals (equivalent to 2.4 billion dirhams), which includes the land value and development works. The company stated that the agreement was signed under a 50/50 ownership structure. Roshen Group is a Saudi real estate developer fully owned by the Public Investment Fund.
